Map skills

                                                    Over the last few weeks we have been working on our map skills. What I have found easy was the continents and oceans because it is mostly common knowledge there and there was not much difficulty. The thing I struggled most with was the cardinal directions because it was very to get mixed up with it and point the wrong direction. Map skills are necessary because maps are important and always will be to try to understand the shape of the world and which direction to go to get to your destination. They show major points and important landforms like mountains and rivers, and help you understand the geography around you
